You can work in small groups (no more than three) or individually.
The stop animation should be issued based...or represent a point of view. let your voice be heard.
I want you ideas submited by Wednesday.Febuary 3th.
Including the following:
topic (issue based) theme - include a written explanation of why you are picking this subject
setting if required, description of characters (if required)
required materials
brief description of the storyline and approved by the teacher.
By next week:
Storyboards to be prepared and approved.
Create backgrounds and props if required.
Shots taken of moving objects or people in small increments (you can have a bit of film inbetween if desired). Note: We have a green screen, tripods, as well as some lights.
Uploaded onto Premiere,- you cna export it as a movie (FILE>EXPORT>Movie) and it will be saved as an .avi. Which can be reimported onto Premiere. These segaments can be re edited on Premiere. The final movie should be saved on one computers N dirive.
Audio track uploaded (from www.freeplaymusic.com) or other opensource music (or original compositions). Voiceovers if desired.
Special effects can be added.
Add a title slide and credits, include Adobe Youth Voices logo.

Answer one or two of the following questions (academically and a minimum of 300 words)
What are your initial reactions to what you saw in the presentation?
How are these changes manifesting themselves in your personal lives?
What skills do you think students need to survive and thrive in this new era?
What implications does this have for our current way of learning technology?
What challenges must we overcome as we move forward in the global world?
Who's scared? Why?
What will we do next? What are some concrete actions that we can take in the near future?
How important is it to teach technology in our school system?
Do you think you are being prepared to meet these future challenges, what skills are you going have to improve?
You must also respond to at least one of you classroom's postings.This is the minimum postings in the next two weeks- you may post more often to express your opinions. All the postings must be related to this subject. If you have the need for other discussions, please start a new discussion group (please remember that I am the monitor for the discussion groups )
Once the two weeks are over, I will freeze this discussion group. If you have not posted the alterante assignment is to write a one and a half page essay (12 pt double space)on this subject. Friday Febuary 5th-
